What is the rate of airfreight fare that will be added to assess the value of goods imported by air?

For the purpose of determining the assessable value of a imported consignment at a Customs airport, an amount equal to 15% of the freight published by International Air Transport Agency (IATA) will be taken as freight for carrying the consignment at that airport. [Reference: SRO 129-Law-99/1792/Cus, dated 10 June 1999]
