As Customs uses the automated ASYCUDA World system, as in the case of Import Declaration or Bill of Entry, the Export Declaration or Bill of Export also requires to be submitted in Single Administrative Document (SAD) form. Following documents are to be enclosed with the Export Declaration or Bill of Export:

• Valid export LC/ Export Contract or Order or Guarantee/ Sales Contract for BBLC;
• Invoice;
• Packing List;
• EXP Form;
• Certificate of Origin (C/O);
• Utilization Declaration or Utilization Permission (in case of export import under special bonded warehousing); 
• Export Registration Certificate issued by CCI&E;
• VAT/BIN certificate; and
• Other necessary documents (as required from time to time by the Government/the National Board of Revenue/other government agencies).
