What are the documents/formalities to export vegetables/fruits to the EU market?

Following documents are required to be submitted with the Bill of Export to export vegetables to the EU market:

  1. Export Letter of Credit/export contract or order 
  2. Invoice
  3. Packing List
  4. EXP form
  5. Certificate of Origin (C/O)
  6. Phytosanitary certificate (PC) issued by the Department of Agricultural Extension. 

Without this Phyto-sanitary Certificate, exports of vegetables/fruit will not be allowed to markets in the European countries.
