What is the procedure for submitting or lodging an application to get duty drawback on exports at flat rates?

A person can lodge an application with the Duty Drawback and Exemption (DEDO) office in the prescribed form, known as Musak-22. Following documents will have to be submitted along with the application:
Bill of Export (certified by customs)
Invoice & Packing list (Original copy signed by Customs)
Bill of Lading/AWB/Truck receipt (signed by the concerned bank)
Export examination report.
Undertaking in a non-judicial stamp (of Tk. 150).
Proceeds realization certificate (PRC) in support of receipt of foreign currency
Photocopy of export L/C (duly attested by lien bank)
Photocopy of EXP form (duty attested by concerned bank)
Photocopy of VAT registration (attested by the firm)
