What actions do Customs authority usually take if the radioactivity level of the imported goods is found above the acceptable limit on test of samples of the consignment?

If on test of sample(s) of the consignment by the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission, it is found that the consignment contains radioactivity level above the acceptable limit, the consignment will not be released, and the concerned exporter/supplier will be bound to take it back at his own expense.
