Yes.

The relevant divisional officer of Customs may allow a limited number of samples to be taken out from the EPZ to domestic tariff areas (DTAs) on special grounds subject to fulfilment of the provisions under Section 94 (1) (E) of the Customs Act, 1969. These samples will be adjusted against the final export.
