Documents needed or Formalities to be completed in the case of import of all kinds of milk food products including baby food with fat contents covered under H.S. Heading 04.02 or H.S Heading 19.01 and all HS Codes classifiable thereunder are elaborated in Paragraph 16(17) of the Import Policy Order, 2015-2018. Some of the major provisions are mentioned below:
