Can a passenger bring liqueurs with him?

A passenger who is a Bangladeshi citizen is not allowed to bring liqueurs (e. g. spirit, beer etc.) with him. 

However, passengers holding foreign passports are allowed to import liqueurs. Under the Passenger (Non-tourist) Baggage (Import) Rules, 2011, a foreign passport holder can along bring duty two bottles or one liter of alcohols or liqueurs (e. g. spirit or beer etc.).
