According to Article 1(2) of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement, each WTO member shall make available through the internet, “a Description of its importation, exportation and transit procedure, including appeal procedures, that informs governments, traders and other interested parties of the practical steps needed to import and exports…”.
The National Board of Revenue is curently working, in collaboration with USAID Bangladesh Trade Facilitation Activity Project, on the development/preparation of a Description or a Descriptive Guide of key customs import and export processes.
Once the Descriptive Guide is prepared, it will be uploaded on this web page.
